SECOND ROUND: RAMBUJË MOVED TO EVREUX, FRANCE In the agreement reached on the eve of the Rambouillet international conference on the fate of Kosovo, one delicate point was the whole discussion. The Albanian side’s request was that the final text include a referendum, as well as the statement of hope that the Albanians would not give up their ideal of independence. Both sides, the government and their interlocutors, agreed that these formulations be replaced with the sentence “Kosovo with three years”, that the solution to its status be determined and that it has also taken on the current statehood. Albania, as we said, a loud and personal voice comes to a major February congress and Pjetër Arbnori [?]. As we said with a determined and troubled voice, the talks will continue today until nine. Some delegations have accepted most of the wording for the new peace and the second part of it will be discussed. EDITORIAL Ilir META In the commentary published yesterday in our newspaper regarding the geographic relations of the south with the “Tare group”, the upcoming PS congress, as if it does not change this relationship, will institutionalize the almost total “division” of the structure that PS has created on the eve of the Congress, making it increasingly necessary to reconfigure it for a shared solidarity with the aim of still solidarity, so that this relationship is expressed, it will not cause an overthrow that would be required by an important change. But it has always happened that a good meditation is made, that one is thinking and that democracy in the party and to some degree will be arranged in peaceful ways. Seven years of economic and social existence in which one finds a place, the loss of a state, the genuine grassroots movement makes it difficult that the exact state has still been lacking. In the command of the socialists in Albania is the dismantling of the “congress” and this is, as it harms me, also a free issue in the reform made with the yesterday’s participants of the nineteen. For example, in the organization for the eighty-first and against the “Tare group”, the segment under PS administration, as if it would not institutionalize the solutions made in a “congress” according to the descriptions. The socialists will have more chances and will find more ways if they use the existing division as a “tool” of their reform. Who does more damage, if it is not used or is forcibly stopped in this or that grouping, is still a matter for more delegates or help to act for a structure and a reform.
